Goal
Develop a bilingual publication that connects donors and stakeholders with International Ministries’ 120+ global servants in 70 countries, highlighting ministry impact and engagement opportunities.

My Role

As the MARCOM Director, I ideated a creative strategy, onboarded contractors for content writing and design, and oversaw the project to completion within budget. I also spearheaded the translation of the Guide into Spanish for our Spanish-speaking stakeholders in Puerto Rico and abroad, streamlining the process and simplifying content handoffs.
