Transform the annual report from a traditional financial update to an engaging mission story that connects donors emotionally and intellectually.

My Role
As MARCOM Director, I led strategic planning and creative concept development, onboarded and managed contractors for content writing and design, and oversaw project execution, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality goals were met.

Key Innovation
Gatefold Spread — “Impact at a Glance”— A visually striking gatefold to showcase ministry metrics in a concise, engaging way. Enabled donors to quickly grasp the scope and effectiveness of International Ministries’ work.
Impact & Results
The gatefold spread boasted the impressive numbers of each ministry area that International Ministries serves. The new design element was well received, setting the tone for future projects.
- The gatefold became the report’s signature element, boosting donor engagement and comprehension.
- Positive feedback from internal leadership and external stakeholders validated the new design direction.
- Reinforced the organization’s legacy of innovation, adaptability, and impact.
- Over 11,000 partners and churches engaged, 120+ ministries served, 75+ countries reached.
As an organization with more than 200 years of experience and service in the mission field, International Ministries continues to innovate and find new ways of doing ministry in changing times. The 2022-23 Annual Report reflects this characteristic of International Ministries’ mission.
