Project Overview
As a Digital Marketing Freelancer for KnockMedia, a user experience design agency in New Haven, CT, I’ve worked on several high-profile healthcare and social services webpage redesign projects, including the Uniformed Services Family Health Plan. My role is focused on user research, user persona design, wireframe and prototype design, content architecture, and quality assurance.
During the US Family Health Plan website redesign project, I was tasked with user experience research and prototype design. I led the research process on user behaviors of the target audience to determine improvements for the new website and the client’s digital services. I developed user journey maps to determine more efficient structural decisions during the UI/UX planning phase. I also created high-fidelity prototypes of the new website and designed for mobile responsiveness. Lastly, I ensured compliance with web standards through quality assurance and functional testing during launch.
Created as part of my role as Digital Marketing Freelancer at KnockMedia (2022).
